Jessica | Owner Yoga Fitness
Hello! I am the proud owner of The Lodge Cumberland. With 25 years of experience in the Fitness and Health industry, I have dedicated my career to promoting health and wellness. I am a 300-hr Registered Yoga Teacher with a BA in Exercise Science & Health Education, and a MA in Holistic Health. More HERE
Cori | Pilates
I believe fitness should be about long-term health and mobility. I bring attention to movement mechanics to my classes, ensuring a slow and effective workout for students of all levels. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students can discover the benefits of Pilates.
Kathy | Fitness
Friday Fitness/Strength
Kathy has been teaching in the cities for decades and she has a cabin in the area, so we are so fortunate to have her subbing at The Lodge when her schedule allows. She will work every muscle in your body in a welcoming, supportive environment.
Katie | Yoga
Katie fell in love with yoga in a HS and has been passionate about it since! She blends creativity in her yoga flows and challenges each student to trust their abilities at all ages and stages of their yoga journey. Katie has taught classes in Chicago and Colorado and is excited to explore the activities that WI has to offer!
Becky | Dance
Owning her own studios for 18 years and teaching 25 years combined , Becky has a passion for dance and for people. Starting her own dance journey as a pre-K dancer, and continuing all through her life, her path has led her in many directions. She has worked with toddlers to adults and finds joy in teaching all levels, competitive and recreational.
Christy | Yoga

Christy has been teaching yoga in the area for many years. She brings a fresh energy to her classes in an inviting and loving manner. She specializes in flow yoga, however has taught several styles over the years.
Ellie | Dance
Ellie will be offering dance classes for youth. I have been dancing since I was 5 and I love tap, jazz and contemporary styles of dance.
