The Lodge Cumberland is a place to experience dance, yoga, Pilates, and fitness classes for all ages. Join us for regular weekly classes or monthly special events that are designed for everyone. We offer memberships and drop-in options to suit your lifestyle.  We also offer facility rentals.  We hope to see you soon.

Dance classes are recreation classes for children 4-10 YO looking to learn and grow in dance.  (Dance for 12+ will be offered as a special event).

Stretch, slower movements, meditation, relax.  Designed for newbies and those that want to stretch & rejuvenate.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Flow between poses

Learn to own your practice with moderate flowing poses/ movements with modifications to enhance the fitness side of yoga.  Finish with guided relaxation.

Candlelight Gentle Yoga

Yin yoga & stretch

This yin yoga class with only candlelight will relax the body and the mind.  Enjoy gentle movement and stretching while focusing on breathing and relaxing.

Warm Yoga Fusion

Yoga Blend

This yoga blend class includes gentle stretches, balance poses, and mindful breathing exercises while building heat and endurance in a heated room (80 degrees).

"Get Bent" (warm room)

Yoga/Fitness Combo

Owner | Yoga | Fitness

Hello! I am the proud owner of The Lodge Cumberland. With 25 years of experience in the Fitness and Health industry, I have dedicated my career to promoting health and wellness.  I am a 300-hr Registered Yoga Teacher with a Masters in Holistic Health.

Becky
Dance

Owning her own studios for 18 years and teaching 25 years combined , Becky has a passion for dance and for people. Starting her own dance journey as a pre-K dancer, and continuing all through her life, her path has led her in many directions. She has worked with toddlers to adults and finds joy in teaching all levels, competitive and recreational.

I believe fitness should be about long-term health and mobility. I bring attention to movement mechanics to my classes, ensuring a slow and effective workout for students of all levels.  My goal is to create a supportive environment where students can discover the benefits of Pilates.

Certified yoga instructor through CorePower Yoga in 2016 after 15 years of self practice where she found stress relief and mindfulness as the biggest benefits of yoga that she wanted to share with others, as well as benefits of strength, flexibility, posture, digestion, and better sleep. After  years of trying every diet with no success, I wandered into a Jazzercise class at a health spa. Before I knew it, I was losing weight, feeling fit and feeling great about myself. It wasn’t long before I wanted to be an instructor. I certified as an instructor in 1983. Who knew that 41 years later I would still be teaching a program that still thrills me every time I step on stage?

What primary services do you offer?

How do I know when the classes are offered?

What are the rates of your classes?

Regular weekly classes are $12 for one class- or you can bring the price down by buying a 10-pack or a monthly unlimited membership.  Click here to purchase a package, and then choose your classes!  Dance classes for 4-10YOs are $11.25 per class and you must register for the 3-month session.  Workshops & Events vary in price.

Do I need to register before the class, or can I drop in?

We hope to offer drop ins very soon.  Since we are new and we want to make sure we are prepared for our students, we ask that you register 1-hour prior to the start of class. 

Do you offer discounts for special groups or medicare offerings?

Not at this time.  We plan to keep our prices affordable for everyone to enjoy.  Thank you for understanding!

Do you over private classes?  Or, can I rent The Lodge for my own event?

Yes, Yes & Yes!!  Contact us directly for more information.  

Will you have dance for adults too?

Yes!  However they will be offered as special events vs regular weekly classes.  Keep watch on our special events to see what is coming up.
